So Much For “Customer Service.”
8/3/2024 – An update on my first and only order from Renogy directly: they suck. Direct to customer sales probably aren’t what keep them in business…so they don’t focus on it, and boy does it show.
They lost my order. They didn’t tell me they lost my order, I had to call and file a claim. Then they pulled the item I ordered from their website. I called again….and again…and again. On hold, in the queue for 10-3- minutes each time only to be hung up on. I finally got the sales department, and management involved, and it still took close to 2 months to issue a refund. Which they initially promised, but didn’t deliver, and couldn’t explain why. A week after I filed a claim with my credit card company, the refund came through.
I know people have feels about Amazon. I get it. When it comes to order issues though, they’ve ALWAYS taken care of me. Usually making it right same day.
